The original brief was to design 6 icons\illustrations for a music app. I started to design illustrations for the different playlists, but ended up designing an entire app inspired by and designed for Berlin clubbers.
The concept for the user experience an interface design was to create an app tailored for Berlin clubbers. That meant going for the specifics of that experience. Playlists for each stage of the night, a design system that speaks the language of "wireframe" style rave posters and images, and a color palette that echos the atmosphere of the club; Dark theme for the "club feel" and colorful gradients for that club lights atmosphere.
